Accelerating Institutional Access to Digital Asset Strategies

A digital asset fund manager. Regulated fund products for institutions, and Coinchange products that wallets, exchanges and advisors offer to their own clients.

Founded in 2018

Who We Are

Experienced people. A disciplined process.

Coinchange operates regulated fund products in the United States and Gibraltar. The flagship is the Coinchange BTC Fund, a U.S. regulated, actively managed Bitcoin fund. We believe institutional adoption of digital assets depends on regulated products.

The Trust Stack

What sits behind every product

Onboarding, reporting, and operational controls are run by us as one stack.

KYC, KYB, and accreditation

Investor and partner onboarding runs through identity, entity, and accreditation checks before an account is opened. For the fund, partners rely on that stack instead of building their own.

Multi-custodian operations

Assets are held with institutional custody providers, so no single custodian carries the whole book. Custody arrangements are disclosed to partners and investors on request.

Transparency of reporting

Partners and investors receive position, activity, and valuation reporting, with supporting documentation available on request.

Security by design

Operational controls are declared up front and enforced at execution — at the chain, protocol, venue, and approval level.
