USD Vault

An institutional, non-custodial USD vault for digital asset platforms

The Platform

Vault Overview

The USD Vault is non-custodial. The partner platform or its user keeps custody of the assets, and capital is deployed through the vault's smart contracts across strategies and supported blockchains.

It is platform infrastructure, not a registered fund, and no rate or term is promised: what a partner earns depends on the underlying strategies and venues, and capital is exposed to smart-contract, protocol, stablecoin and liquidity risk, including loss of principal.

The USD Vault is not available to U.S. clients.

Capabilities

Key Features

Scalable Infrastructure

Built to run strategies across multiple chains — expand to new chains without rebuilding.

Multiple Partner Support

Multiple partners operate within the same vault for efficient capital deployment.

Multi-Chain Asset Onboarding

Accept assets from multiple blockchains for flexible partner funding.

Rapid Chain Deployment

Deploy quickly to emerging chains as they launch.

Architecture

How the vault puts capital to work

Partner platforms and institutional allocators transfer capital into the vault, and yield returns along the same path.

Capital flow

Supported chains and venues vary by partner and jurisdiction. Illustrative. Strategy mix varies by product and market conditions.

Mandate

The allocation moves. The mandate does not.

Before capital is deployed, the scope it will be allocated within is written down: which strategies are eligible, which venues may be used, and the limits that govern exposure.

Set in advance

Eligible strategies, permitted venues and exposure limits are agreed up front, not negotiated against a position already on.

Diligence before allocation

No strategy and no venue receives capital until it has been through diligence and admitted to the book.

Reweighted, not rewritten

The mix is reweighted as conditions change. The scope it moves inside is not reweighted with it.

Venues

Where capital is allocated

The vault currently allocates capital to the venues below. The set is subject to change.

  • Avant
  • InfiniFi
  • Reservoir
  • Y10K

Inside a partner app

The vault embeds in a partner's own app through an SDK or an embedded plugin, so users reach it without leaving the app, as they do in Truther, a self-custody wallet. The partner keeps the user relationship and the experience. A user's USD stablecoins are deployed through the vault's smart contracts, and custody stays with the partner or its user.

Implementation

Vault Integration

API-based integration with technical documentation and integration support from our team. Asset support today is focused on USD stablecoins.

We support scoping, integration, and launch — from first technical review to go-live.

  • USD Vault availability, supported chains, and terms vary by jurisdiction and partner type.
  • The vault infrastructure itself does not perform end-user identity verification. Each partner runs the identity, anti-money-laundering, and eligibility checks its own obligations require, for its own users.
  • Vault technical documentation is hosted on PrimeYield at primeyield.io/developers.

Scope your vault integration

Tell us about your platform and timeline; our integration team will map the path to launch.
