Senior Operations and Liquidity Manager

Position summary

We are looking for a full-time Senior Operations and Liquidity Manager to own and drive critical internal workflows, including liquidity management, recruitment support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our business, requiring strong ownership, agility, and attention to detail. Time intensity varies depending on business demands — from light operational weeks to intense transaction cycles. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and verify manual wire deposits
• Oversee fiat (via BCB) and crypto (via Fireblocks) withdrawal execution
• Maintain and update performance dashboards on investment strategies
• Lead full-cycle liquidity operations, including rebalancing and settlement
• Supervise support agents; review communications for tone, accuracy, and completeness
• Support sales commission reporting and distribution
• Ad-hoc business operations support (e.g., product coordination, documentation, report gathering)
